Laws of the Land - These
rules apply to all Planet Lara members.
Your use of the Planet Lara discussion forums must abide by rules and
regulations laid out in this document. If you do not abide by the rules
you account will be disabled and in serious cases you may be reported
to your Internet provider or relevant authorities. We also have the
means to ban users from the entire Planet Lara Network if we feel this
is necessary. Planet Lara is aimed at a 'family audience' and we aim to
keep it in a state where it will be suitable for this audience. If you
come across material that should not be posted in the forums, please
report it to
admin@planetlara.com or send a PLi message
from the message centre to one of our administrators. / moderators (see

| No Swearing - | Use of foul language and swear words is not permitted, be it in English or any other language. You may also NOT block out your swear words with characters such as *. This includes swearing in imagery, videos and audio tracks. | ||||||||||||||||||
| No Spamming - | Do not post the same message over and over again, if you add a message more than once by accident you can go back to the thread and delete the extra posts yourself. | ||||||||||||||||||
| No Offensive Content - | You must not post offensive or rude content within the forums, text, pictures and other content with offensive content contained within them will be removed and your account disabled. We want people to have fun on the forums but you must not post data which will be found offensive. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Rumours - | You must not post rumours and make them out to be true. If you have a rumour you would like to share, post it in the rumour forum. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Deleting of Posts - | Unless you are a moderator, you only have permission to delete posts or threads that you have created. If a discussion has progressed far with many people discussing the subject, even if you created it DO NOT delete the thread, unless it violates the rules. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Be Nice - | We have a great community at Planet Lara and people are very friendly, if you are not friendly or start an argument for no reason you will not be popular and you should refrain from doing so. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Pornographic Content - | No pornographic content is permitted whatsoever on this site, posting will result in account termination and report to the appropriate authorities. You can post pictures of people, as long as they are not nude pictures. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Inserting Images - | Unfortunately we no longer provide a function for members to manually upload images to threads. Instead we ask that you use image hosting websites like www.photobucket.com to upload your images. Simply copy the resulting HTML code into the thread for the image to appear. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Don't Shout! - | We can all hear you when you speak normally! When you post on the forums, please make sure that you don't write your entire post with the caps lock on. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Use of Emoticons - | Please be sensible with the emoticons provided on our forums. Any post consisting of an absurd number of emoticons will be disposed of. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Using HTML - | Although you are permitted to insert images, videos and even audio into your own personal profile please be aware that excessive use of HTML code in profiles will be edited. You are also permitted to use HTML code to embed images and videos into your threads and posts. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Repeated Threads - | In order to reduce the number of repeated threads on the forums we urge members to look into topics before they create threads. Please also use our forum search tool to check for existing threads. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Our Media Policy - | Please remember that when posting on the Planet Lara Interactive community we have a media policy in place. This prohibits members from posting imagery branded with another website's watermark unless the image is 100% exclusive to that website. We also prohibit members from linking to Tomb Raider media featured on other websites that we are, ourselves hosting. We reserve the right to adjust our rules accordingly at any given time. | ||||||||||||||||||
