Now I must to write something smart (I never do, but I was forwarded here by one 'magic carpets' loving girl XD so I MUST)
1) RIG the models. (Check help sections for tutorials about Skin) I'm not sure that you've rigged those, its more like you just cut\deformed mesh
2) Theres FORCE 2-SIDED option at rendering settings window, turn it on and see how most of holes will gone. Otherwise theres "2 Sided" option in the material window
3) Its nearly impossible to do a perfect render anyway, so PHOTOSHOP all the bugs you've noticed ;)

Its quite obvious coz of the holes, and Lara's upper arm doesnt fit the lower arm too well ;) Photoshoping would help here
And, who is Jordan?
